Notifications page

This page lets you manage all notifications across your projects. Filter, sort, edit, and create notifications from a centralized view.

Quick actions
  • Use the project selector to focus on a specific project.
  • Filter by status to find Drafts, Active, or Scheduled notifications quickly.
  • Click Create Notification to add a new one.

Layout overview

The page has these main sections:

  1. Page header with the project selector and filter.
  2. Table showing all notifications with their status, details, and actions.
  3. Create button for adding new notifications.

Project selector

Switch projects

At the top, select the project you want to work with. Only notifications from that project will be shown.

Filter by status

Status filtering

Use the dropdown to filter notifications by their current state:

  • None – Shows every notification in the project.
  • Draft – Notifications saved but not published.
  • Active – Currently delivering (within Start/End dates).
  • Scheduled – Set to go live in the future (Start Date is upcoming).
  • Completed – Past End Date, delivery has stopped.
  • Inactive – Never activated or stopped manually.

Notifications table

The table lists all notifications with these columns:

Table interactions
  • Click any row to open the edit view.
  • Click column headers to sort by that field (ascending first, then descending, then back to default order).
  • The table updates automatically when you change filters or projects.

Status indicators

Each notification has a colored dot showing its current state:

Actions

From the Actions column or edit view:

  • Edit – Opens the full editor to update fields, media, or schedule.

Tips for using the page

Efficient management
  • Use filters to focus on what needs attention (e.g., only Active notifications).
  • Keep titles descriptive for easy searching and management.
Performance
  • The table loads notifications on demand. For projects with many notifications, use filters to narrow down.

Troubleshooting

Notifications not showing?
  • Check the project selector – you might be looking at the wrong project.
  • Verify the filter – ensure it's not hiding the status you're looking for.
  • Confirm the notification is Published (not Draft) and within its Start/End dates.
  • Try reloading the page to ensure everything is up to date.

If notifications still don't appear, check your project permissions or contact support.
