Account overview

This page lets you manage your personal account settings, security preferences, subscription details, and data privacy options.

Quick access

Access your account settings anytime by clicking your profile picture in the sidebar and selecting My Profile.

Step-by-step

Accessing your account

  1. Click your profile picture or user icon in the left sidebar.
  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
  3. You'll be taken to your account overview page.

Profile section

Manage your basic account information and profile picture.

  • Click your current profile picture to upload a new one
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Recommended size: Square images work best
  • Changes appear immediately across the platform

If you need to change your email address and have an active subscription or connected Google account, please contact support for assistance.

Security section

Manage your account security and authentication methods.

Password management

  1. Click Change Password in the Security section
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password (must meet strength requirements)
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Click Update Password
  6. You'll be automatically logged out and need to sign in again
Password requirements
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Must contain uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Must include at least one number
  • Must include at least one special character

Connected accounts

Google account linking
  • Available only if you created your account with email/password
  • Email must match your Google account email address
  • One-time connection - cannot be changed after linking
  • Benefits: Faster login, account recovery options

Subscription section

View and manage your current subscription details.

Subscription details

  • Your current plan (Free, Pro, Enterprise)
  • Subscription status (Active, Canceled, Expired)
  • Next billing date (if applicable)
  • Button to subscription managment
Subscription management

Data & Privacy section

Control your personal data and account deletion options.

Download your data

  1. Click Download in the Data & Privacy section
  2. Select what data to include (notifications, projects, subscription status, etc.)
  3. Click Generate and Download My Data
  4. Your data will be download immediately

Delete account

Permanent deletion

Account deletion is irreversible and will:

  • Permanently remove your account and all associated data
  • Delete all projects where you are the only owner
  • Remove you from all shared projects
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • Delete all notifications and analytics data
  1. Click Delete in the Data & Privacy section
  2. Click Send Deletion Email
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email
  4. Click the confirmation link in the email within 24 hours
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted

  • Keep your profile information up-to-date for better team collaboration
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Link your Google account for easier login and account recovery
  • Regularly review your subscription usage

Troubleshooting

Common issues
  • Can't change email? Check if you have an active subscription or connected Google account - contact support if needed
  • Password change not working? Ensure your current password is correct and new password meets requirements
  • Profile picture not updating? Try refreshing the page or clearing browser cache
