Managing your subscription
Accessing subscription management
- Click your profile picture or user icon in the left sidebar.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
- You'll be taken to your account overview page. See Account Overview for complete account management.
- Click Manage Subscription to access the Subscription Overview
Upgrading or changing plans
- Go to Manage Subscription
- Go to Pricing plans
- Select your desired plan
- Complete the payment process
- Your new plan activates immediately
Downgrading or canceling
Downgrade considerations
- Downgrading may limit your current usage
- You'll be notified if you're exceeding new plan limits
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
